Hi I've been reading alot approximately scars here and it seems like the scars that are mostly mentioned are the pitted kind. Well I have scars on my back from acne, small ones, but alot of them. They're on the top layer of my skin, like right on the surface...

I've reading here approximately all the bad experiences with microdermabrasion and other similar procedures but those are from people with the pitted/shallow scars...would any of those procedures work for my surface scars? Or anything else? Is anyone in the same situation? Any help would be nice.
