Would Increasing My B5 Does Give Me Another Breakout? (and Another Question)
Hey there,
I thought my skin was getting a lot better but yet again it hits me with more zits. They've been developing throughout the day while I cleaned the bathroom (for 5 and a half hours!! lol). Anyway, I have two new ones on one side of my chin and a few new ones near my jawline/ear. This coould be my punishment for having Pizza Hut yesterday :- I know some people think food has nothing to do with acne but I'm convinced for me it does. Which is really annoying... how I have to watch what I eat just so I don't get zits grrrrr.

I kinda just thought 'my skin is getting better, I'll risk Pizza Hut' plus everyone else was having it. I haven't been eating healthily today either (I feel so bad but after cleaning so much I just wanted comedian food!) I'm trying to compensate by drinking a lot of water for the rest of the day.

My skin does look a bit nicer (apart from all the zits and red marks) and it feels a lot smoother from the B5.

I have two questions I was hoping someone could answer...

...I'm currently on 5g a day of B5 and I think I had a huge breakout from it approximately a week ago (which went terrible around Tuesday) but I was considering upping to meanwhile 10g a day. My question is: Would increasing my dose like this give me ANOTHER breakout?

...Could the new zits I'm getting still be to do with the breakout from the initial B5? It's a month today that I started taking it and like I said above I think I had a huge breakout that has stopped the past few days, but could I still be getting the 'clearing out proes' stage still?
