I must admit, I am not all that familiar with alternative medicine. I suffer from panic/anxiety attacks and also sinusitus and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. Not sure if these things are caused by allergies or not. It DOES seem like it all started (the clogged ear and sinusitus) when I moved into a new apt. Not sure though. Not sure of anything anymore. And of course, the poll quality of health leads to bouts of depression. I am not working at the moment(lay offs) so no med. insurance. I devloped allergic reactions to all sorts of medicines over the last few years...so I do not like to take anything at all. I will take IB Profen for a headache, for that is all I am environment will not break me out in hives or send me into an anxiety attack. How do I look into alternative medicine for myself? I it expensive to see someone approximately this? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
