I want to say that im very frustratied. I have a six year old daughter, whos been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD with on going tests for everything else, depression etc, learning disabilities etc. Her father whom I'm no longer with has ADHD and OCD. The Psychologist says he may create the OCD problem with her because he makes her wash her hands over and over. OCD I do not understand fully, Is that just with Germs and with things having to be "in place"??... can it be with obsessions with like Blood, needles, scrapes etc? IF she so much as gets scratched by something, she THINKS
she is bleeding and theres no site of blood and she freaks out.. My daugther is on 56 miligrams of Concerta at the time being for ADHD. It has helped alot with the hyperness but I have noticed that she is more mouthy etc. Any information would be helpful, thankyou
