Hello, again, everyone;
I was just wondering how one would define "addiction." I have been smoking cigarrettes for abut 6 years, and have found myself seldom craving them. I haven't had a cigarrette for approximately a week...before that, I smoked for 2 days, before which I hadn't smoked in 3 weeks. There are times when I smoke heavily, but these are few and far-between. If I become busy and involved, I find I can go weeks without touching a cigarrette; but eventually, I will go back to them. I have never experienced any psychological or physical withdrawal symptoms, and rarely crave a cigarrette to the point where I cannot resist. I am wondering if addiction is something I should be concerned approximately in the future, or if perhaps I just have a non-addictive personality? It is the same situation with marijuana. Thank you so much for your time.
