It so helps as I'm sure you know to find other's who are in or have gone through the same thing as me. i know I"m not alone here but just hearing that your husband kicked the habit makes me hopeful. Did he ever just walk out and stay gone for days on binges? My husband left last tuesday and no one has seen or heard from him since. I'm very frightened approximately this, not knowing what has happened to him. He emptiness comes back around when he has no money, gas or food, etc...but he has this strong survival directions and he could last out there for weeks. He also has before gotten into a ring of dealers who for the use of his truck will keep him high for free. I know I'll see or hear from him some time. I want him to stay out there until he totally hits bottom so he'll get help. And I know that me and kids are truly important to him so meanwhile when he feels he's lost it all, which he's said hes afraid of, then he'll wise up. I wish you and your husband the best.
