Hi Everyone! Just new on this show. Would like to ask,Can anyone tell me the whome day diet from morning till evening? Chocolate Milk Good?

I have slowed down in gains partly because I added up what I was eating and a normal day I might manage 1500 calories. Im male 58" 170lbs I noticed a quart (4 cups) chocolate milk has 840 calories and 44g of protein. I can drink a whome quart with one meal. Might I start noticing more gains and mass if I eat my normal 1500 calories in meals and have 2 quarts of the chocolate milk in a day? Can anyone please define a rest day? I have not seen one defined but I would like to know if a rest day is simply a day terrible from scheduled exercise or a day doing minimal physical activity? I dont lift "extremely" heavy..I weight approximately 136-138, approximately 58 (yeah yeah, I know Im skinny) and Im trying to gain some muscles. Im 16 years old and Im wondering if weight training with approximately 70-80 pounds (like lifting them as one weight or using dumbells of 35-40 pounds each) would stunt my growth? Hey everyone, i was just wondering if it is important to change your exercises biweeklymonthly, in order to stop your body from getting used to it. Or is it the same just to add weight to your workout biweeklymonthly. Just a little question, hope a few of you can help me out.
