Quickest Way To Gain Mass And Muscle
Ok, right now I am 6'1, 140lbs. I gained 4 pds in the past 3 weeks from my heavy structure workout routine. I would like to bulk up to 190-200lbs ASAP. I have a lean body, but Im in fair good shape. Ive been told that I am fair ripped for my height and weight. I am just starting to get a 6pk into form. I have a few questions.

1. Do you need to take Whey protein powder after working out? If so, how is it so bid to you as opposed to just working out?

2. What are some of the most effective muscle building excersizes you can do in your house without a workout machine.

3. RIght now Im working out every single day for approximately 2hrs every time. I was told you need to rest your muscles. How many times should I work out for, if I want fast results?

4. Should I work out for a shorter period of time but go ALL OUT (high weights, low reps)! Or ease out the reps and sets and spread it out over some time?
