i just started curling 10 lb. dumbells. i have a few questions.

approximately how many reps and sets should i do to get good results. right now since im just beggining..im doing a set of 35, then 25, then 15.

also, when should i increase to like a 20 lb. dumbell? if i keep doing 10lb. my muscles grow right?
