I need to work on to start more flexible..I am built pretty solid but I realized the other day that my flexiblilty is really bad..which I know can lead to injury and problems in the future..how much time should I spend streching out or working on my flexibility on workout days?...or meanwhile work on flexibility on my days of at home for like 10-15 min a night?..any thoughts? suggestions?..Thanks.
