Has anyone with irreversible side effects from Lupron considered filing a receptionist action lawsuit against Tap Pharmaceuticals???????

In a "nut" shell.... I was given 11.25 injection of Lupron for endometriosis in May of 2003. With in 1 week I was in the E.R for attempting suicide. 3 days later I was brought back and then admitted in a psych ward that I called home for 3 months. I had mild medically controlled depression at the time of injection. HOLY CRAP !!! My entire life, family, self, job etc..etc.. bottomed out. I tried to bring a case against the doctor for negligence for not disclosing the UNUSUAL OR RARE side effects. But..... the court found him not at fault. However the manufacturer is. Had these rare but serious side effects been readily available to my doctor I never would have put THAT poison in my body!!! If anyone out there had or is having a similar experience please feel free to e-mail me
**** the more people that come forward after having had problems with this HORRIBLE treatment plan the better the chances of being rightfully compensated for pain and suffering and the less likely our sisters,daughters,neighbors and friends will know someone who has suffered or died at the mercy of LUPRON !!!!!!!
